186. Weekly Dispatch XLVI

Diary of Endelle Stroth - 35.08.2270

As the hours count down until we reach our destination, my nerves have hardly abated. I no longer feel threatened among GLoW, merely trepidatious that I will soon be planet-side on a world that wants to lock me up - or worse.

Speculation is futile, but I cannot help but wonder how Aglostarros has changed. It feels like years have passed since I fled, not months. Moreover, what will happen to these people? I don’t share Challe’s belief that they’ll receive a hero’s welcome, but I feel some sympathy for my allies of convenience. That’s an attachment I can’t afford; Krellos and I have our own mission to focus on.

The urge to run is strong, but it’s impossible to leave now. Besides, the Ele are counting on us, and… I still need to prove to myself that I can do something unequivocally good for this galaxy.

Five hours to Aglostarros.
