AGLOSTARROS - Conflict threatens the galaxy! In the several months since the Threshold Tragedy and the apparent dissolution of the Trifold Union, military skirmishes have proliferated along the borders of the Coreworlds Conglomerate and the Empire of the Queil, though neither party has yet conceded to a state of open war. Compounding this threat is the growing public availability of armed starships, which have allowed ordinary citizens to take defence - and aggression - into their own hands.
The Aglostarros University Museum has confirmed the closing date for its beleaguered Project Centennial exhibition, which has been equally beloved by everyday citizens and reviled by those with interstellar interests. The Museum’s new majority shareholder, Baroness Dorn Oramande, has promised the “swift and comprehensive dismantling” of the Project following its final days. The anti-colonialist insurgency GLoW (Galactic Liberation of Wonder) has stepped up its actions against Oramande and her cohort, as thousands of unique artefacts face being consigned to private collections and storage warehouses throughout the Coreworlds.
Reports indicate that Project Centennial’s one hundred “Centurion” probes are still in flight, having passed en masse into the Ele Dominion. The Ele have yet to comment on this development, but the Centurions’ increasingly threatening actions on their mission to explore and catalogue the galaxy are a source of widespread concern.
Finally, questions still abound regarding the whereabouts of Aglostarros University Museum’s fugitive ex-Curator, Endelle Stroth. Many sources credit Stroth with indirectly causing the current chaotic state of the galaxy, as the price on her head continues to grow…
