032. Weekly Dispatch VIII

Honoured patron, last week’s small drama around the Compass Rose Cerite could not have prepared me for the escalation we have witnessed. Though my position as Curator and the laws of this Conglomerate limit my ability to make direct accusations… I believe the reader of this dispatch will be able to draw their own conclusion regarding the tragedy perpetrated on Harthoe. Harthoe, which no longer exists.

Moments like this remind us of why the work of Project Centennial, and the Museum at large, is so vital. Wonders of the galaxy could be swept away in an instant. We might never know when we’ve seen the last of something so commonplace and yet so wondrous. Honoured patron, I invite you to relish every detail of the world around you, as you go about your routines today. There is beauty out there which we may never miss until it has been lost.

Yours in curiosity, Curator Endelle Stroth
